Concrete Services For Queens Properties
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps, and repair work — built to NYC DOT specifications where the job touches public right-of-way, and sized to what the site actually needs everywhere else.
Driveways & Parking Areas
We remove the old surface, compact 4–6 inches of crushed stone, and pour a 4-inch slab for residential vehicles — 5–6 inches with wire mesh or rebar for trucks and multi-car pads. Control joints are cut to direct cracking, and pitch is set away from your foundation. Curb cuts and apron work at the street line get the DOT permit filed as part of the job.
Sidewalks & Walkways
Property owners are responsible for the sidewalk in front of their building — if DOT has issued a violation, we replace the flagged sections to spec: 4" thick residential, 6" at driveways, broom-finished for traction. We also cut and replace individual cracked flags rather than the whole run when the rest is sound.
Patios & Stoops
Backyard patios get broken-out old material, corrected grade, and a new slab pitched away from the house — broom, smooth trowel, exposed aggregate, or stamped finish. Stoops and front steps get rebuilt with proper footing depth below the frost line, uniform risers, and code-compliant handrail anchors.
Concrete Repair & Replacement
Not every cracked slab needs to come out. We check the cause first — crack routing and sealing, patching spalled surfaces, resetting sunken slabs, or rebuilding damaged aprons — and recommend the narrower fix when one will hold, full replacement only when the base itself has failed.

We Handle The DOT & DOB Paperwork
Work in the public right-of-way — sidewalk replacement, curb cuts, pedestrian ramps — falls under NYC DOT and requires a permit. Private-property work like a backyard patio has different requirements, and structural elements may need DOB filing. We identify which category your project falls into during the site visit and file where it applies.
